Inside the modern production industry, production efficiency and product quality is very important to an enterprise. Especially for the detection of mass production, the previous detection methods and technologies become increasingly unable to meet the requirements of the development of enterprises. In this paper, the goal is in order to improve the plant’s badminton’s quality testing efficiency and detection accuracy, Use machine vision technology analysis badminton image sequence in the wind tunnel to extract its main feature and realize badminton’s online automatic detection.At the present stage, the method of Badminton Performance Test is trying to play. Human judgment error is large if analyzing the quality of in-flight badminton stability of artificial naked eye after the ball from the ball machine. Trying to play has some damage to badminton but also needs a lot of manual. Currently running in the wind tunnel and using Image processing to study badminton flight stability is in the experimental stage. So, it has certain research value instead of the test with the test results and print method. The main research contents of this paper are summarized as follows:1. Upgrade the acquisition platform:The platform can shoot badminton cap, ball head each range flight attitude through an acquisition device. The research selects the object appropriate defuzzification algorithm, combined with the map of rotary motion badminton special rotary motion object image reconstruction.2. Extract a portion of interest in badminton image with segmentation method of double level C-V:the contour of the object’s segmentation is well. The surrounding of divided image has not Interference point.3. Improved extracting characterization of badminton’s swing new features and algorithm parameters:Research on the characteristic parameters of badminton’s swinging area and badminton’s head portion. Ball’s head is listed in the horizontal direction and deflection from the vertical direction and calculation method. Proposed the design base on SVM’s one-to-one classifier for the badminton flight stability and placement level classification.4. Propose parallel processing architecture to improve efficiency:Give a specific badminton wind tunnel testing system multi-camera image acquisition sequence and multi-core CPU architectures. Use multi-process programming ideas to implement parallel processing software design. Shorten the detection time. Improve the detection efficiency of the systemIn this paper,to achieve quality grade badminton tunnel classification detection the algorithm has passed Matlab simulation, and has been programmed in VC6.0. The experimental results show that, the sequence of image processing andanalysis algorithm based on parallel processing system has a certain practical value.
