Analysis Of The Impact On Competition To Students’ Development

In recent years, with the rapid development of mobile Internet which is represented by 3G, 4G technology, the shortage of phone software talent is becoming larger and larger in IT talent demand. There are two reasons for this big shortage, one is the rapid development of mobile Internet, two is the college education cannot meet the current social needs. Single training mode, aimless, unsatisfying intensity and effects, all these factors cause our country’s phone software talent training seriously lag behind the current development of mobile Internet industry, this paper will summarize the work of Jiangxi Students phone software design contest, on the basis of all previous participating students through questionnaire survey, based on survey data collected to analyze the impact of mobile phone software design contest for students’ development, to provide useful references for the phone software talents training and for the contest.Using methods of case analysis and questionnaire survey, this paper does case study of the phone software design contest and analyses its impact on student development. After summarize the impact of academic competitions at home and abroad on student development, this paper combine with relevant theoretical knowledge and basic concepts, to builds a basic theory of our research. Then, this paper uses the Jiangxi phone software design contest as example, analyses its background, organization form, competition items, and status of participant, to provide some useful experience in college students competition and talents training. Finally, we use the SPSS software to collecting, clean up, analyses the competition’s data that will affects student development, to find the reasons that urges students take part in the mobile phone software design competition, get professional impact on students, analyze competition deficiencies, and then propose the policy recommendations and thinking to improve the competition, in order to enhance the positive impact of competition on the development of college students. Some research in this paper can be useful for college student competition as well as their personnel training.Through investigation and analysis, this paper considers the competition can affect students’ comprehensive ability as well as their career development. After questionnaire investigation on all three competition participant, we investigate the students’ enter motivation and the competition impacts on students, the results show that:(1)The main purpose of students participated in phone software design contest is to improve the motive force to learn new technology;(2)The promotion degree and incentives of college for students to participate in phone software design competition play a crucial role;(3)Mobile phone software design competition can enhance students ’practical ability and have a positive impact on their self-learning;(4)Mobile phone software design competition has a positive effect on students’ career development and planning;(5)Mobile phone software design competition has a positive impact on talents training.Moreover, the study also shows that:(1)Mobile phone software design competition have a greater positive impact on students at enhancing their practical ability, self-learning ability, but less impact on creative thinking training, innovation and teamwork skill, especially in terms of college students and girls;(2)Mobile phone software design competition lays emphasis on incentives, bonuses and scholarship competitions and other aspects of material incentives, such as the presence of other mental Pingyoupingxian inadequate incentives, especially college students based on its own characteristics, in terms of personal ideology, character and career development has its own incentive demand excessive material incentives is difficult to achieve a higher incentive effects;(3) mobile phone software design competition for students has a positive career development and planning influence, personnel training has a positive impact, but participating students earlier advantage is not obvious. To solve these problems and deficiencies, this paper strengthen the innovation culture to enhance students’ creative thinking and innovation, improve the incentive mechanism, improve the matching set to enhance first-mover advantage and other aspects of student development contest, improve and refine competition strategies, so guarantee the greatest degree of protection race long, sustained, and play a steady positive impact on student development.
