Market economy has brought opportunities to Culture Industry as well as challenges. It is crucial for us to explore appropriate marketing strategies and ongoing marketing efforts for revitalization and development of museum, a non-profit cultural and educational service agency.This paper studies Beijing Lu Xun Museum by using theoretical and empirical research, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods in order to provide for a new prospective for museum’s marketing efforts. The museum’s marketing strategy is discussed in simple terms in three part. The first part of the paper introduces the history of Beijing Lu Xun Museum in details and uses of comparative law argument analyzing the challenges and the opportunities brought by the marketing environment. The second part from the conceptual level, the means level and the audience level, rationally analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current marketing efforts of Beijing Lu Xun Museum.The third part of the paper explores the core competitiveness of practical marketing strategies of Beijing Lu Xun Museum to enhance the attractiveness and influence of the museum.Museum marketing strategy is relatively a new field. As cultural practitioners, we have a. responsibility to conduct a depth research into it, so that more people through our effective marketing to understand and love museum.
