The Design And Implementation Of Emancipist Community Corrections Management System For Qujing City

The rehabilitation instructor is a sensitive social group, and there will be a great numbers of data of rehabilitation instructor who are distributed throughout this city if we consider a city as a unit. So it is a great thing needed to be planned by the government that how to put and manage the information. The development of computer brings a new opportunity for the management of the information of the rehabilitation instructors, and we can realize the unified management for the rehabilitation instructors’information by using this system. The system’s development is just based on this opinion.The system mainly used Java language, SQL SERVER 2012 database to store its data. The design of this system adopted the current mainstream model MVC, and its page development used JSP dynamic web development technology and abandoned the html page. During the system development, we used UML modeling tools to complete this system’s static modeling and dynamic modeling and described the requirement and analysis of the demand.This system has realized four main functions, which are personnel management, information query, account setting and community inmates monitoring. The personnel management implements the information storage, modifying and processing the advance person and release personnel. And information query model implements the query and view of the information of rehabilitation instructors in the community, and the basic query is operated through the buttons and the advanced query allows to query according some conditions. The account setting is aimed at personal information of users. The last model is function setting that combined the soft and hard equipment and got the location of rehabilitation instructors by using GPS to carry out the further monitoring.This system achieved digital management for the information of rehabilitation instructors in all Qujing city, and the system not only saved much human resources but also realized better management for the information, which has profound social significance.
