With rapid development and application of computer internet technology, communication technology, pattern recognition, and sensor technology, especially the integration of informatization and industrialization and the proposal of the concept of "German industry 4.0", as well as the fast maturity and use of new technologies like internet of things and big data, safety guard is promoted to a higher level. Particularly, for important units such as banks, traditional single monitoring systems could no longer fully guard against threats such as high-tech crimes. How to fully use the latest high-tech means and advance safety guard system toward the digital, integrating and smart direction in a better and faster manner under the goal of safety has become a very urgent issue. Increasing the technological content in safety guard project and constructing information platforms adapting to modern safety philosophy is a must-go way for banks to beef up safety guard level. Therefore, this project aims at designing a whole set of modern, high-tech, integrated and smart management information platform to meet the urgent requirement from Peoples’Bank of China. As guns and bullets are highly threatening and harmful, how to use high-tech means in a safe and effective manner to well manage guns and bullets, attracting a lot of attention from customers.Gun and bullet management mainly includes management on the motions of guns and bullets, static data management and safety performance protection, etc. Wherein, motion management of guns and bullets includes collecting and returning guns and bullets; static data management mainly orients on the inquiry and real-time warning of various storage data in the sub-system of guns and bullets management and the real-time in-place status of guns and bullets, etc; safety performance guard is the core of the sub-system of guns and bullets management and mainly uses advanced near-infrared face recognition and AB gate calibration technologies to improve the safety guard performance of the sub-system of guns and bullets. Meanwhile, the sub-system of guns and bullets management also needs to be linked and coordinated with the management platform and other sub-systems of the platform to address the platform affairs together.This platform system is a comprehensive, safe and independent set of solutions with all source codes being independently developed. Each sub-system uses modern high-tech means and is finally integrated into one management information platform. Wherein, of all sub-systems, because of its particularity, sub-system of guns and bullets management uses RFID radio frequency, near-infrared face recognition and electronic weighing technologies for its design and realization. To better use these technologies, a lot of theoretical and technological survey has been conducted, aiming at solving more practical problems in a better manner using theories and finally these technologies are applied in this system. Currently this system has been used in People’s Bank of China, winning uniform high opinions from customers, laying solid foundation for further expansion.
