The training plan management refers to the Corps, brigade, squadron training program for customization; training organization module is the whole process of training of effective organization and management, improve the efficiency of training; training management module is the video lectures, online classroom, training situation statistics training business management work; training evaluation is the training each person in the system directly with each fire department training personnel performance appraisal linked; training evaluation is for training personnel of the whole training organization, score and training effect, by the five big modules of above, can realize the Beijing City Fire Department effective training management.Through the construction of the system, training management ability of Fire Bureau has been strengthened, and staff to participate in training management, enhance the consciousness of master, but also improve the training management work efficiency, and can handle business information and scientific arrangement, and mining from the analysis, draw the Bureau of fire training business work have guiding significance to the information.At the same time, the design of the system still need to fully consider the expansibility, when businesses change, or performance requirements changes, the system needs to be able to adapt to this change, and to effectively support system.
