The research of a rescue robot which could substitute for the rescuer and emergency medical technician to enter into a dangerous place such as the natural disasters envieroment,industrial accident site, the site of terrorist attack or the battlefield to ferry the injured all by itself was helpful to improve the work efficiency, to protect the personal safety and to reduce the casualties.Discussing and redesigning the new mechanical structure of the rescue robort could reduce even avoid the secondary injury which may take place in the process of the injuries thansport. So it was in practical significance and social values to study the rescue robot for the personal protection and the injuries transport.To transport the injuries safely and harmlessly was the top priority for the storage device of the rescue robort,and the recearch of the mechanical structure a significant and difficult problem. The text discussed the research of the storage device of the rescue robort.The storage device contained the body transport device,the robotic hand and clear path device the three main parts. The body transport device had three conveyor belt which matched Chiness body size, integrated ergonomics and the touchpoint relatively dormant theory. The text discussed the function position and theory analysis of the robotic hand and clear path device, and designed the model and obtained the whole design project. Then the text verified the validity of the design by the software Solid Works.Processing and assembly the experimental prototype on the basis of the structure research provided a chance to verify the feasibility, safety and practicality. The phenomenon of distortion and structure jam occurred in the process of experiment. And then the glap of kinematic pair was found the primary cause of this phenomenon. By the software ADAMS the analysis of kinematics and dynamics of the soft hybrid model was conducted and the causes was verified. The structural optimal improvement design for the mechanical structure was introuduced and simulated experiment was done again which verified the practicality of the structural optimal improvement design.Finally the text summarizes some obtained research achievements, and then looks into the prospects for development of the storage decice of the rescue robot.
