Along with the modern production scale continuously expand and deepen, parking problem is becoming more and more serious. Modern automated three-dimensional garage is in the case of productivity and science and technology constantly improve the emergence of a new technology and also a kind of technology in the development. In order to carry on to improve space utilization and access to ensure high efficiency at the same time,automated three-dimensional garage vehicle access path of high efficiency, high speed and accurate control requirements,three-dimensional garage optimal management, scheduling and operation optimization of great attention by people,the access path optimization control problem become one of research hot spot problems needed to resolve. Based on vehicle automated multi-layer garage access path optimization problems were studied,using a genetic algorithm,vehicle access path optimization problem. Research has important practical value and broad application prospects.This thesis mainly work as follows:(1)Refer to the related data at home and abroad,combining the development trend and problems of automated multi-layer garage,the subject project demonstration,determine the application of genetic algorithm to optimize the automated multi-layer garage motivation research method of access paths.(2)Combined with specific engineering practice,analyses the composition of the automated multi-layer garage and process,using PLC and PC communications to control automated multi-layer garage; The vehicle access process is determined,loading and unloading task set and the vehicle access process scheme,in the PC management system adopts the task queue allocation mechanism transmission path; Designed the execution system of single chip processor system and PC monitoring system.(3)Optimal control algorithm research is anapplication of simple genetic algorithm route that optimizes of vehicle for the task. Introduces the encoding of genetic algorithm, the initial population, individual fitness function, selection operator, crossover operator and mutation operator. Requirements for the engineering practice,for individual tasks in task queue-waiting time is too long a join the waiting time of task queue individual fitness function.(4)Algorithm simulation research,loading and unloading paths using genetic algorithm to optimize the vehicle,according to the traditional genetic algorithm and the improved genetic algorithm is used in the comparison, avoid because of the large amount of calculation,programming and trivial,debugging complex due to the impact on the optimization algorithm to get the optimal solution,actual shortest vehicle access paths can be obtained, the simulation and experiment.(5)Research work is summarized in this article, and the next step is prospected.
