In view of the current system, especially access to the WWW environment, there are many things for us to be improved. With the development of BOSS, the corresponding access control for each staff becomes more and more important, due to the openness of the B/S, the rights management can access to the characteristics of each users,which is particularly important, this thesis mainly expounds how to design can satisfy most of the B/S system on the function of user access control permissions system, in this system, the R-F-RBAC authorization configuration mechanism, namely the role - resources -user permissions configuration mode, this system, the system of the resource type is:role function, check the operation information categories, send a message to remind; Innovation of this paper is to put the function, the news as a kind of resource types, that is configured for role he can manipulate resources. In this thesis carried on the detailed demand analysis to four types of users, contains business acceptance, measurement and management personnel, perimeter, computer room personnel. And permissions for each role information demand, function access requirements, message permission to refine demand are analyzed, and a coding implementation, comprehensive management of BOSS system involved in all kinds of resources;Due to flexibility and scalability of the R-F-RBAC, according to the model developed by the authority management system like components can be repeated to be applied to any system pipe module, rights management module can be repeated use, or for use after secondary development, rather than each developed a set of management system, the corresponding rights management part to redesign and development, reduce the cost of development and code reuse, so as to shorten the development cycle.
