Thanks to the recent advances in information technology, computer technology has gradually become one of the key determinants to the competitive market. Therefore Enterprise Resource Planning ERP is developed in aiming to significantly improve the working efficiency. With the power of technology, it offers new ways of management, planning and enterprise resource utilization to the business.Accounts receivable, act as one of the core part of enterprises capital, is increasingly becoming the most headache part of various manufacturing enterprises. In some good returned money situations, the needs can be met basically. But when enterprises returned money meet blocks, and then they can’t meet the needs of management. Lacking the long-term self-checking system of accounts receivable, the enterprises won’t do account checking for long time.In this paper, a preliminary analysis is carried out to address the possible problems in accounts receivable management for Shanghai Blower Works Co., and using ERP as the foundation, management software is developed to implement accounts receivable solution. Using SQLServer 2008 as an object-oriented database, we applied structure programming methods and top-down object-oriented programming methods to achieve the normalization of rational planning and management of accounts receivable. In introducing the enterprise’s management style, this system integrates contract management with fund management, which will realize accounts receivable management functions in reflection of contracts. In practice, the costs and risks of the implementation can be significantly reduced, and with accelerated operational process, the return on investment can be increased dramatically. Furthermore, the enterprise will also benefit from reduced labor cost in relative departments. Therefore, it enables the enterprise to improving internal management and ultimate scheduling and allocation of resources throughout the entire supply chain, in order to realize standardization.
