Nowadays, all walks of life have more professional requirements in their industry. If students can get vocational qualification certificates while studying at vocational colleges, they will undoubtedly be more competitive when job hunting.Therefore, to the relevant computer profession, the network technical level certificate is also being paid more and more attention by students in vocational colleges.In this dissertation, according to the characteristics of the network technical level certificate, combined with the professional network technical teaching, we build a network technology practice item bank and examination system based on PHP to help students prepare the examination and adapt to the test environment, as well as to help teachers’teaching.This dissertation has analyzed the background - vocational college dual certificate integration, and according to the background, we have set up the WAMP platform and designed B/S structure of the network technology practice item bank and examination system. This dissertation has introduced the requirements of the system, design, technical route, the overall architecture, logical structure, functional structure firstly. Then along the main line of the system business’s actual demand, this dissertation begins with network technology practice item bank and examination system. In the aspect of the data base design, we have introduced conceptual design and logical design in detail. In addition, in the aspect of interface design, we have also described design principle and template technologytemplate technology which is used in the system interface. When the system realized, we have described the actual operation and database access technology of each system module from the practical application of the system. When the system is tesed, we have made unit testing and integration testing to the run effect.The developing system in this article has already been used in teaching practice. After using two years, we have found that by using this item bank and examination system, we can not only discover how studens master the network technology but also improve the students’ certification pass rate. What’s more, thanks to the online examination system, test paper can be produced and marked automatically, which improves the efficiency of teaching.
