For wireless communication system, low radiation energy can not only reduce the electromagnetic interference, but also can prolong the service life of the equipment. Especially in modern information warfare, low radiation energy signal can reduce the signal intercept probability, to ensure the operation of the communication system. There are close relationships between the radiation energy of communication system and the communication rate, transmission quality requirements and so on. Therefore, an efficient energy controlling method is required. How to achieve low energy radiation that under the premise of ensuring the quality of the communication task is mainly studied in this paper.Firstly, the basic principle of the radiant energy controlling method is analyzed in the paper. The energy controlling strategy mainly includes minimum power strategy and the shortest time to launch strategy, namely power control and time control effectively. Minimum power strategies include the open-loop power control and the closed-loop power control algorithm. The adaptive power controlling strategy under the premise of meetting the communication performance requirements is designed in this paper. The shortest times to launch strategies include intermittent radiation and reasonable time planning. Through the analysis of the performance of every shortest time to launch strategy, average timeslot allocation way is adopted.Secondly, the interception probability of communication signal is analyzed in this paper, The interception performance including the radiation power control algorithm based on the distance information, the open loop power control algorithm of combining access control, the inner radiation power control algorithm, the adaptive power control of combining the outer radiation power control algorithm and timeslot allocation algorithm, etc, are discussed. On this basis, the low radiation energy that based on location information is completed, and system link equation and SINR model are established.At last, a systematic simulation platform is built in this paper. The performance of the combined energy controlling scheme based on time and location information is simulated and analyzed. The simulation results show that the proposed radiation energy controlling scheme which meet the communication task performance has low radiation energy.
