With the coming of Internet age, the telecommunications services industry data service showing rapid development momentum. With smart phone growing and the rapid development of mobile applications, data service forms a huge development potential with a strong vitality. IN modern market competition, customer resource is the key to win the competition. As a sticky business data services, it plays a crucial role for retaining customers. Therefore, the research of data service market development has great practical significance.In this paper, we take the customer management of Micro-area data services as research subjects in CMCC Shenzhen Branch. With CRM theory as guidance, first of all, we make an analysis of the niche market customer management of Shenzhen mobile data services. Then, we introduce the micro-regional customer management system based on data services to enhance the data services market health control, precise marketing controls, distribute rational channel control. Effectively, we present the data services usage characteristic and the development of customers of data services in niche market.The research of study is important for telecom operators, especially for CMCC Shenzhen branch. It is an opportunity to be actively grasped to do well in operating traffic and other data services customer management, realizing value of the data services. With the continued growth in traffic management, we try to get the revenue growth of business, to make up for the decline of traditional voice calls services, and boost overall revenue growth.
