Children’s book market in recent years become one of the fastest growing areas in book market segment. In the book market, the rapid development of infants and young children book market and characteristic development, presented the huge potential, it is both opportunity and challenge for the publisher.Shenzhen three culture company was founded in 2000, is a focus on research and development of children’s books and the issue of the emerging private culture company, with 0~ 6 years old children’s books give priority to dozen of products, electronic books, etc. Company’s "sunshine baby" brand children’s books in children’s intelligence growth of achievement is the education idea, research and development created a series of children’s books products, has become China’s easy to book market well-known brands, won industry recognition and praise.This article uses SWOT analysis method and the market marketing theory, analysis the three mining culture company Shenzhen baby book market present situation and its product, price, channel and promotion, the external macro environment and the enterprise carry out specific analysis on the internal marketing environment, based on the research of the enterprise market positioning, differentiation marketing strategy are put forward for infants and young children book company, in view of the enterprise put forward its infant books product marketing mix strategy, as well as infants and young children books product marketing mix strategy implementation measures.In this paper, the research results, the children’s book marketing has a certain guiding significance to the enterprise, company of Shenzhen three mining culture marketing strategy formulation and implementation has the reference value.
