In recent years, the 3-D reconstruction technique based on the surface-structured light is playing an important role in fields like industrial measurement, reverse manufacturing, virtual reality, and so on.On the background of the development and promotion of surface structured light 3-D optical scanning system, this paper deeply studies phase obtaining method using a single fringe pattern, fast phase-unwrapping method, and 3-D point cloud obtaining technology with more completed measurement result, focusing on the scanning speed, precision and result?s integrity in a single view 3-D reconstruction measurement.The paper introduced the 3-D reconstruction technique based on the surface-structured light as well as the subject?s background firstly; then in the phase obtaining, the phase obtaining algorithm based on continuous wavelet transform is researched mainly. Compared to the common phase-shift method, it?s fast and workable because only one fringe pattern is needed. In the phase unwrapping, both the spatial phase unwrapping method based on assistant lines and the time phase unwrapping method based on three-frequency heterodyne are achieved. The former is only suitable for most relatively smooth and simple surface to be reconstructed while the latter is stable with high precision. In the 3-D point cloud obtaining, based on a phase-height model, a method of monocular reconstruction through calibration board is achieved. The model is applied to the binocular system innovatively to achieve the combination of monocular reconstruction and binocular reconstruction in one single scanning. In the phase error control, an easy gamma correction method is tried to reduce phase error, researching the causes of phase error and the principle of projector ?s nonlinear. With some specific application case finally, the paper ?s work proves to be valuable in application.
