At present, the dispatching system of industrial monitoring use tightly coupled clientserver synchronization call mode, so that client monitoring interface of real time dataacquisition must be periodic, frequently call server, distributed dispatching and monitoringsystem real-time information interactive processing exist problems of multiple applicationprocesses access server at the same time, causing the heavier server load, the more applicationprocesses of distributed dispatching monitoring system are called, the more serious of serverload problem becomes, which is easily to cause application information low processingefficiency; especially for the problems of fault information of late report, false alarm andmissing report, if the application requirements beyond the processing ability of the processor,it will lead the key fault information lost. In order to improve the fault processing capacityand monitoring efficiency, comprehensive automation retrofit of some substation RTU is done,due to the specific implementation of communication protocol and versions of differentmanufacturers may exist certain differences, different protocol implementation and privatedata description, which may lead to incompatibleness of substation equipment and mastersystem.According to the difficulties of information integration and low processing efficiencywhen updates dispatching and monitoring system of the client server architecture, the use ofcommon information model and publish subscribe message interactive technology, publishsubscribe newsboy optimization model is established, and then a new method of dispatchingand monitoring system application information compatible processing is proposed based onpublish subscribe and newsboy earnings by combining with bridge-adapter pattern andobserver pattern. Firstly, common information real-time interactive model is designed, the keyinformation decouple processing of different versions system including differentmanufacturers of substation monitoring device for measuring class and control classinformation of dispatching monitoring master station is done, to achieve publish subscribe inasynchronous a manner then to find out information optimum publish interval through theestablishment of publish subscribe optimization model based on newsboy earningsmechanism. Finally, through the usage of design patterns and JMS message middleware andthe data server interface, realizing the interface package design of real-time data processing,and publish subscribe service of system application information is realized, a new method forbatch information real-time interaction of distributed monitoring system is provided.Take application information processing of the distributed dispatching station monitoring system as an example, results show that: the information interaction experiment of analogquantity and state quantity is done by publish subscribe pattern, the transmission processingof single point and multiple point information are completed, the real-time variable bitinformation transmitted to the monitor screen for active real-time transmission effect isachieved. Information publish quantity is controlled by the newsboy earnings mechanism,information processing time is optimized, and the system real-time response is improved. Thebridge-adapter and observer design model are integrated into practical engineering application,the compatibility processing problems of distributed dispatching master station system causedby version up-gradation are solved, which makes the dispatching and monitoring systemserver CPU occupancy rate decreased from65%to about20%, and it has got a goodperformance.
