Waterway shipping intellectualization is the reform and the development trend ofwaterway transportation system in the future. Implement intelligent waterway shippingcan not only increase the channel capacity to ensure the safety of shipping but also canimprove the shipping system of management and service level. Improving the efficiencyof channel is an important part of economic and trade development. With thedevelopment of computer technology, computer vision technology is widely applied inthe detection of moving targets recognition research. In recent years, computer visiontechnology is more and more accepted by the scientific research personnel by the reasonof its advantages. Computer vision technology was applied to the shipping inspection notonly can solve other shipping detection technology’s problem but also a larger increase ofshipping intelligent level.Using computer vision technology to solve the problem of shipping inspectioninvolves several key techniques. It includes digital image processing moving objectrecognition and moving target tracking and so on. In the part of moving target detectionand recognition, firstly, model to the background of the ship target. Then use the currentimage with the background image to difference model. Then identify the ship target. Atlast, connected region labeling algorithm is used to analyze the ship target extraction andsegmentation. Use censored tracking algorithm to achieve moving target tracking. Baseon a series of ship target, which tracks to get the current ship target of traffic flowinformation. Finally, in the speed, track and heading way judge the ship operation.Finally, use MATLAB simulation platform to simulate channel monitoringsystem’s main function module. Simulation experiments verify the accuracy of the mainalgorithm modules and proved the feasibility of computer vision technology. |
