With the MMS carried out, representatively by MMS of China Mobile and "color e" of China Unicom, what the mobile users get now are more than simple text messages, but also pictures, rings, animation, and even mobile games,MP3,video and so on. Because these digital content are easy-to-copy, to protect the interests of content providers and network operators has become an increasingly urgent issue needing to be solved, such as how to protect the copyright,charge and control the using and forwarding of digital content.This article first reviews the development history of digital watermarking technology. Then it introduces some of the basic issues about digital watermark, sums up the basic framework of digital watermarking system and analysis the working principle of some existing digital watermarking technology works. On this basis, for the complex application environment of the mobile communication network, this paper designs the copyright-management system of MMS based on digital watermark, and to achieve copyright protection and content certification of MMS, it has designed deconstruction of the double-watermark algorithm corresponding to the MMS images,audio,video. In the algorithm, it gives a double-chaotic scrambling encryption algorithm, and uses the robust watermark to achieve copyright protection, uses the fragile watermark to certify the message. In the meantime, the algorithm has realized a blind algorithm examination and has more actual value now. Having carried out the simulation experiment to above plan, the paper gives the experimental results and the performance evaluation.Finally, to sum up the text, the paper makes the forecast to the development trends of digital watermarking and gives further research directions to make up the disadvantages of the existing digital watermarking technology works.
