| Intended for oil and gas laying in the course of the intend weld treatment needs todesign“a robot of weld treatment in oil and gas pipelineâ€.To complete accuratepositioning,Sa2.5level quality of surface treatment,paint spraying uniform,and so on.Polishing robot mechanism is studied under the environment of SolidWorks,and theresearch content includes running gear, rack, grinding mechanism, spraying and so on.Inorder to achieve the purpose of shorten the development cycle and improve the pipelinerobot’s quality,constraints on design parts and motion pair’s adding that completed withSolidWorks’s assembly panel.Also,we need to adjust the assembly sequence to observethe mechanism parts’s Interference pattern.It contains statics analysis of key parts and using SolidWorks/Simulation’s modulefor finite element analysis.At last,strength analysis and lifetime calculation of relatedagencies are proceed by combining with the mechanics of materials and mechanicaldesign’s content.Based on Dynamic simulation of virtual design, the article establishes functionaldigital prototype and simulates virtual environment of the real working conditions toevaluate the performance of the dynamic system effectively. For example, The process ofvibration grinding will use Solid works to design the part assembly into Adams. Then itadds motion constraint to the assembly by Adams and get the kinematic parameters. Withthe use of SolidWorks to make3D design and Adams/Vibration to analyze the vibrationgrinding of the robot, the article finds out the main vibration causes to reduce the systemvibration.To design the whole structure of spraying system,and find the key problem whichneed to be completed to achieve the system’s design purpose,the article optimizes thestructure system by establishing the mathematical model.In order to reduce the pressureloss,the analysis of the fluid cylinder internal channels with SolidWorks/Flow Simulationis necessary.Control system’s design:pipe robot’s control system is research deeply andperfectly.In order to understand the working process of the system,this paper makes theselection of PLC hardware and the design of work flow chart and control circuit. |
