With the modernization of the Global Navigation Satellite System and thedevelopment of navigation signal reception technologies, Random errors caused bythermal noise and other factors have been better to eliminate, Error caused by multipathsignals has become a major source of error precision GNSS receivers. Consequently,, howto reduce the effects of multipath on the ranging navigation brings the receiver to improvethe positioning accuracy has important significance. Currently binary offset carrier (BOC)modulation is widely used in navigation systems, the use of traditional BPSK signalmultipath rejection technology can not achieve a good effect of suppressing the multi-pathsignal BOC. Therefore, BOC modulation signal multipath rejection technology research isparticularly important.This paper analyzed the characteristics and effects of multipath signals rangingnavigation, analysis of three typical multipath rejection technology for BOC modulation,including Narrow Correlator technology, Double Delta Correlator technology,Cross-Correlation-Function-Based multipath mitigation method, Gate Function formultipath mitigation technology. First, their basic principles and implementation arebeing studied, then made the numerical simulation by software, the influence of thecorrelator spacing, chip width and other parameters of its multipath performance wereanalyzed. And three techniques were compared, the results show that the three techniquesin contrast to the Gating Functions for multipath mitigation technology has the bestmultipath suppression.In addition, designed a binary variable amplitude ratio Strobe symmetrical waveform,in the case of changing the level of positive-to-negative amplitude ratio of the waveformto obtain good tracking performance and multipath rejection of the premise, to ensure thepulling range of delay lock loop unchanged. First, introduced the specific form of the chip waveform were, constitute a way for local reference signals are described, and derived ananalytical expression of the multipath error envelope. Then validated the multipath errorenvelope expression through the numerical simulation, analyzed the impact of Strobewaveform that have different levels of positive-to-negative amplitude ratio on the Codetracking performance and multipath performance of multipath mitigation technology.
