With the rapid development of science and technology constantly updated andmobile communication services, the number of mobile phone users continued to growrapidly. Unicom, China Mobile Communications as one of the Big Three, the user hasthe amount showing high growth momentum. The competition in the mobilecommunications market has become increasingly competitive. Past sales performanceusing traditional Excel spreadsheet reporting, it brings more and more problems, On theone hand, Forms submitted in the form of a single, making Unicom can’t keep abreast ofbusiness details, on the other hand, account manager for operations reported negativeattitude is not conducive to supervise Unicom account manager business situation. Toalleviate this situation, this paper set out to design the system to achieve a sales assistantto help better manage branch of Hubei Unicom industry sales business development.Work Plan module records information staff work plans.According to the software engineering principles and methods related to the system,divided into the following phases: requirements analysis, system design, and detaileddesign, coding and testing to achieve. In the requirements analysis phase, determinedusing Unicom "358" as the guiding funnel management system design. In the summaryof the design phase, to determine the overall system architecture and functional modules,System is divided into three layers: presentation layer, business logic and data persistencelayer, functionally divided into the system registry, mobile interfaces, tasks, work plan,organization, customer management, data reports and other functional modules. Then,each module has its detail design. Login module is mainly responsible for the authority todistinguish between the different roles, the role actionable under the menu display to theuser. When the phone interface receives data from the mobile client systems reported, theassociated processing and returns the result data to the mobile client. Unicom grid task module records client manager call records and drawing work trajectory. Unicommanagement module manages the organization industry sector organizations andemployees. Customer management module is the development of China Unicom userinformation management. Statistical data report module displays employee informationwith customers. In the Implementation phase, the J2EE platform to build SSHframework to achieve the various functional modules, and system test. Meet the systemrequirements to ensure delivery.By using this Sales Assistant System, the Hubei branch of China Unicom willgreatly facilitate customer management and supervision of the grid manager’s job, toprovide convenient and efficient management tools, which bring huge economic benefits.Meanwhile, the design and development of this system under the project experienceaccumulated after sales assistant will also provide a very good reference system.
