Investigation On Laser Shock Forming Based On Pre-Deformation

Laser shock forming is a new type of plastic forming technology which is the use of laser-produced shock wave to produce the sheet metal plastic deformation,it is the laser that new application in the field of sheet metal forming.Its forming technology,process and device development and applications,will be a sheet metal industry,the importance of the technological revolution.This article are based on previous studies,using a combination of experimental and simulation methods,and study on pre-deformation laser shock forming with 3003H16 aluminum alloy plate.And the principal contents studies are presented as follows:1.Theoretical analysis.Theoretical analysis of laser shock wave from the formation of the mechanical effects of shock waves and the principle of laser shock forming;analysis of the equations of motion and impact factors of laser shock forming of sheet metal;carried out the forming limit strain theory calculation under the pre-strain path.2.Study on Aluminum alloy plate pre-deformation modeling of laser shock forming and formability.Consider the establishment of high strain rate material deformation of the pre-laser shock model,and the breakdown of laser shock forming criterion,and then increase the use of pre-deformation sheet metal formability of the laser shock.First of all,plus an analysis of pre-stressed and pre-strain before and after laser shock forming of sheet metal differences in performance;and analysis of different pre-deformation path of pre-stressed and pre-strain on the laser shock formability.Finally,compared with ordinary pre-stressed and pre-strain of sheet metal of laser shock forming.3.Study on the laser shock formability of sheet influedced by pre-strain with experimental. Self-designed pre-strain die for the realization of the pre-deformation sheet for pre-strain experiments of laser shock forming.To verify the results of the simulation,the results show that:in the pre-strain on the laser shock forming of sheet properties on the simulation of the impact of the law is consistent with the experimental results.In this article,it is the first time that introduce pre-distortion technology into laser shock forming of sheet metal,and make a detailed analysis of the laser shock formability influenced by pre-deformation of sheet metal,the research work has provided an effective method to improve the performance of laser shock forming.
