In order to investigate the situation of national agriculture land usingaccurately and comprehensive and to master the situation of agricultural landchanges timely, which we need to compare the latest mapping spatial data withthe early saved data in the practical work. However, early spatial data mainlythrough framing preservation of surveying and mapping. Current spatial data issaved in whole image, which makes the comparison of spatial data moredifficult. For this purpose, it should be edge processing the early framing spatialdata before the comparison of the different period’s spatial data, and theconsistency identification that ensures accurate edge veracity is an importantmatching before the edge processing.Spatial data consistency is mainly divided into two aspects of geometricconsistency and semantic consistency. Currently, many scholars are in study ofthe spatial data consistency from different angles, but mainly focused ondetermining the consistency of spatial data geometrical relationship, especiallythe study of the spatial data topological relationship, but the research ofsemantic consistency is less, as well as the coherence and comprehensive judgment for geometric and semantic consistency. This project on the basis ofthe existing method of determining the consistency of spatial data on thecharacteristics. Introduced ontology and the ontology rules to determine theconsistency of spatial data, combining the powerful semantic and analysiscapabilities of the ontology, comprehensive judging spatial data geometricconsistency and semantic consistency, thereby enhancing the consistency ofspatial data discrimination effect. Firstly, in this paper we use the secondnational land survey standard to build the library of ontology classes and thelibrary of ontology data property, while according to the topologicalrelationships, orientation relationship, the positional relation and the distancerelationship of spatial data building ontology property library. Finally accordingto the agricultural land data’s spatial relationship and attribute relations toediting ontology rules, and by obtaining the ontology rules derived query results, further to determine the consistency of spatial data. The main innovation of thispaper is as follows:(1) Because the spatial data is a multi-source which fallible in data operation. This paper presents a building method of geographic ontology model, which usethe newest national land classification and administrative division as thestandard to build a geographic ontology model. Meanwhile define the standardaims at the information of the first and the second adjustable data, and describethe mapping relationship of operating between different ontology that makes thebuilding ontology has some versatility and practicality. (2) This paper presents a algorithms of comprehensive spatial dataconsistency that different from past discriminant method for spatial dataconsistency. This paper applies ontology and ontology rules to spatial dataconsistency criterion, combines the semantic consistency of discriminate withthe consistency of spatial data in the traditional, while to the consistency of thediscriminant attribute similarity method is improved. Finally, experiments showthat the method has good consistency determination result, and improves theaccuracy of the Edge. This paper is research paper. Therefore, geographic ontology model proposedin this paper have studied nature, as well as there are some shortcomings.
