For example,chaos and low efficiency of the whole company and office environment.because It isout of date, the result is high cost and strong waste.it brought heavy economic burdento the company and leaders always in busy daily work, they can’t instruct work in timeand effectively.It brought heavy pressure to leaders. So a procedural and standardizedsystem will bring about change!It can make all works circulated systematically andreduce the operating costs,then promote the work efficiency.OA management system based on Web is an office automation platform.It mainlyto move the office routine online, then provide a faster and better management tocompanies. The main functions of the system are as follows:(1) Department management(2) Job management(3) User management(4) Authority management(5) Personal information setting(6) Examination and approval process management(7) Online communicationOA management system based on Web has important impetus for thedevelopment of enterprises. It can not only improve the operational efficiency, andreduce the office costs, but also make the enterprise management processes becomemore streamlined and standardized. OA management system which this paper accomples integrates the Struts2, Spring, and Hibernate framework, that reducessystem coupling between modules and improve the reusability of components andimprove the system development efficiency. After test, the system achieves excellentresults. The main research work are as follows:1. Analysis of the current status of OA system and research background of OAsystem, And briefly descripe the technology and the basics of SSH(Struts2-Spring-Hibernate) framework that used by the system.2. Do requirement analysis for the system, mainly from the feasibility analysisand functional requirements analysis. Feasibility analysis shows that the feasibility ofOA system is feasible for economic and technical direction. requirement analysisbroadly divides system into systems management, rights management, personalinformation management, approval flow management, online communication fivemodules, and describe the main function of each module.3. Completed the overall design and detailed design of the OA system which isbased on SSH Framework. Mainly analyse the functional structure of each module.And gives the mapping between the system ’s database layer and java domain classes.4. Realise the main functions of the system and give the detailed description aboutimplementation method of each module. And this system has been under a unittesting and functional testing.
