The development of telemedicine and information technology make it possible tocontinue to focus on health of human body, the development of automatic medicaldiagnosis system can avoid the disadvantages of artificial diagnosis, improve theefficiency of medical diagnosis. To avoid all kinds of errors caused by human factors.Medical diagnosis system in this paper is the reasoning part of body areanetwork project, application in body area network. The third chapter is established inMamdani environment of MatLab fuzzy inference system, the inference rules toverify the rationality of medical diagnosis. By observing the changes of the outputrules change trend and the surface can be observed in the rationality of defined rules.And then construct the rule base and the fuzzy knowledge base in the database, givesconcrete realization of fuzzy reasoning in medical diagnosis, using the MySQLdatabase with other programming languages to achieve. The fuzzy reasoningalgorithm is applied to the actual diagnosis, through the input of various physiologicalparameters system results and the actual results after doctors judge. To prove thefeasibility of fuzzy reasoning, fuzzy reasoning technology is adopted to simulate thehuman thinking to complete the diagnosis of human health status, the system can givethe diagnosis more accurate conclusion. Can better guide the human daily activities.In the second chapter, introduces several classical algorithms of fuzzy reasoning,fuzzy reasoning algorithm of Mamdani fuzzy reasoning algorithm and the Retealgorithm and other classical reasoning. But the reasoning algorithm has many defects,just stay at the theoretical level, it is very difficult to be used in the construction ofmedical diagnosissystem. Therefore, the choice of the inference algorithm is very important for theconstruction of medical system. In this paper the inference method to measure as amethod of reasoning part of the construction of medical diagnosis system, the fourthchapter gives the definition of the inference algorithm and the fact table, table, the table definition rules, defines28inference rules. And given the algorithm realization,medical diagnosis system can achieve a simple judgment on28kinds of commondiseases diagnosis more objective and realistic.Practice has proved that, the fuzzy inference system in medical diagnosis basedon measure with good reasoning ability. According to the physiological parameterinput specific, assessment and diagnosis for health status effectively on the humanbody, to guarantee human health. For the development of the network of medical carehas played a certain role in promoting.Fuzzy reasoning in this direction is a relatively new and complex field, inaddition to measure the reasoning algorithm and reasoning algorithm is worth peopleto explore many of the newer. In this paper, the algorithm to measure the deficienciesis to be improved.
