Due to the increasing financial transactions, the bill businessneeded to be dealt with is becoming more and more as well as the process isbecoming more and more complex, improving the work efficiency by saving businesscost is particularly important. The current financial industry business model appeareddefects, and so we begin to pay attention to the software system in order to improvethe ability of business processing.Accompanied by the emergence of a large number of businesses, we need tocarry on the transformation of the counter business operation mode. On the way thatthe implementation of pipeline operation based on the background part of the businessoccupancy dot front the manpower and time concentration to the headquarters oroperations center, it is valid to improve the management efficiency and effectivelyreduce the operation risk and operating costs to achieve the transformation from thecounter gradually to the product sales terminal which could make it possible to adaptto the current fierce competition in the market. The main function of thesystem includes image processing module and integrated service management module.Image processing function is the data preparation stage throughout the project,including image collection, image processing, image compression, imagesegmentation and other functions. Comprehensive business processing module willconcentratedly input data entry of the split image, check the input data. This projectcan realize all the branches of the bill business together for processing. The billimages from the branches collected by the backstage image preprocessing andsegmentation, and dealt by the entry process concentratedly, eventually change intoelectronic data from data content in the image, to realize the function of imagedatamation.This paper discusses the development of the subject background and related technical disciplines and application in detail. It also discusses the method to designand implement the relevant technical platform system. According to the demand ofthe summary, we design the system using the browser/server (B/S) applicationframework, which makes the branches no longer need install and configure othersoftware to undertake processing business. Through the research and testing of thesystem, the business process workflow is optimized.
