The satellite data process system has a high demand for the efficiency and precision of correction algorithm for satellite image and it will make a important influence to the quality of the products of image. This paper make a research to the algorithm for satellite image beased on the relative irradiance and apply the result of research to the satellite data process system. In this paper,the main results are as follows:(1) For the problems of the algorithm based on the histogram matching,This paper presents a new grey-level mapping law for direct histogram specification based on the group mapping law principle. In order to improve the efficiency of the algorithm of histogram processing, the weakness of several current algorithms of equalization transformation and specification transformation are analyzed. This law is making gray-scale mapping abide by the principle of the minimum error of histogram. Whether for simple mapping law or group mapping law, it is testified more efficient than other mapping laws.(2) For the problems of the small strips when the images were corrected, this paper presents a method aiming at removing the small strips and eliminating the poor influence. The method is testified more efficient.(3) This paper has designed and implemented the process subsystem of satellite image. The system receive the quick view data from stations which belongs to the ground process system for satellite. Mealwhile, the satellite data process system can process the image based on the algorithm of histogram equalization and specification and show the image for real-time. This paper introduces the project with the model of Scrum development which based on requirements analysis, preliminary design, detailed design, coding, and testing stages of continuous iteration step-by-step way to complete the development of the picture process subsystem in satellite data process system.
