The rapid development of technology in the cloud computing, network speed improved and hardware greatly enhanced computing power driven, humanity was going into the internet age. IT companies and research organizations around the world have now come to build their own public and private cloud using cloud computing technology. For schools and small organizations, the use of open source cloud framework to build their own private cloud is a good choice. Use to build private cloud platform, manage resources, improve resource utilization efficiency has practical significance.First, the development of cloud computing technology from the beginning of this article, to study the advantages of building private clouds and problems needs to be resolved. By comparing the characteristics of several open source cloud platform frameworks, select OpenStack to build a private cloud platform as open source framework and describes OpenStack system structure and function of each component. Based on it, this paper has studied three methods of OpenStack deployment.Then, the research and analysis focus on OpenStack framework component Keystone, which is responsible for resource access control in a private cloud platform. From user management, multi-tenant management mechanism and Token management several aspects, through the analysis of the actual Keystone code, summarize the safety certification workflow of Keystone component. Through the study of Keystone components for building a private cloud platform access control system provides the basis and methods.Next, the paper describes the resources have to be managed under a private cloud platform. Research and analysis OpenStack components for resources management respectively. At last, the paper gives a scheme to build a private cloud for the practical application, and practical demonstration of the process of deploying OpenStack.Finally, on the already established OpenStack private cloud platform, based on application requirements for secondary development. Realize the functions of private cloud platform unified management of resource pools includes virtual machine resources, network resources, storage resources, mirroring resources. While enabling access to the resource control functions. Development of all functions is invoked API OpenStack provided to achieve the independence between the OpenStack platform scalability and modules. Development of private cloud management platform can provide basic management of IT resources, and user access control and management of private cloud platform resources.
