In today’s era of big data, data visualization has been greatly developed and attaches great importance to the various areas. Data visualization is widely applied in all aspects of social production and living, such as life science, geographic information systems, computer network data, etc. Data visualization via video encoding converts all sorts of data and information to graphical information, greatly improving the human awareness of data, data to enhance the human knowledge, master data, and the ability to extract the data information.In this paper, on the basis of in-depth study data visualization technology, focus on research and analysis the Radviz data visualization method, an improved algorithm is proposed. Implement and verify the new algorithm, which has achieved good visual effects. At the same time, the new algorithm combines the data mining algorithm, and parallel coordinates methods are applied to the educational data visualization system. In this paper, the main content and innovation points are as follows:1. According to the original Radviz visualization algorithm of attribute value is uniformly distributed on the circumference of a circle between properties caused by the value of the offset each other, which may lead to a larger data hiding, and the problem of visual graphics have retracted trend a new visualization algorithm is proposed. New algorithm using only a quarter of a circle, and enhance the force between the attributes, reduces the data cover degree, better maintain the characteristics of the original data set. Through two groups of experiments to verify this Radviz put forward by the new improved algorithm, two groups of the experimental results show that the modified algorithm visualization effect is better than the original Radviz visual effect of the algorithm.2. The new algorithm in order to continue to use the spring model, puts forward the concept of fixed point elasticity coefficient, and gives the two to determine the elastic coefficient formula.3. According to the theory of educational administration data clustering information, the modified Radviz visualization algorithm is applied to the visualization of the educational administration system, and on the basis of combining with data mining technology, the educational administration in data clustering information clustering analysis. Clustering algorithm based on the k-means to visualize the results of data mining, because after the data visualization data dimension is greatly reduced, thus reducing the complexity of data mining, and achieved good effect.4. In view of the educational administration system in the data set are changeable characteristics of Meta data set, and parallel coordinates visualization methods for a diverse set of metadata are good visual effect of the predecessors’ experience, the parallel coordinate visualization method is introduced into the educational administration system in the visualization. Parallel coordinates visualization better reflect the data change trend, better data visualization results show.
