| Wireless LAN (WLAN) is a computer technology and wireless communication technology in one of the wireless network. WLAN has many advantages:anywhere Internet access, data transmission rate is high, the network architecture is scalable, lower installation costs compared with wired networks, large coverage and other characteristics. With the rapid increase in popularity of the Internet, the portable terminal, people live, work for the wireless network access increasing demand.Meanwhile, the wireless LAN (WLAN) infrastructure planning and construction are also faced with challenges and opportunities. As mobile business continues to enrich and popularity, wireless mobile communication network is also facing enormous challenges, how to coordinate the limited radio spectrum resources and growing needs, will be a huge challenge to wireless network operators, equipment manufacturers face. This relates to how reasonable network planning, now, wireless LAN infrastructure is also not reasonable, multiple operators to deploy their networks in some densely populated hot spots, they will become the focus of competition, so that will inevitably lead to overlap network interference network increases, resulting in reduced network performance, network capacity is reduced.To solve these problems we need for reasonable network planning. In the network planning process, by means of a wireless network planning software system for network performance simulation, in order to achieve a more rational planning of the network. This paper is based on such an idea, the first analysis of the basic theory of wireless network planning, for which coverage planning, frequency planning, capacity planning, part of a statement; then the overall system simulation modeling algorithm design, software design and implementation is completed, the final the whole network system simulation, analysis of network performance, optimize network planning, simulation platform to WLAN network planning for the future have some reference. |
