The photo-elastic modulation Fourier transform spectrometer (PEM-FTS),which replacethe mechanical scanning or space scanning with the photo-elastic modulation interference ofstructures in Fourier transform spectrometer thereby with faster speed, higher sensitivity,wider spectrum range and higher shock resistance, etc.,is a new spectrometer have a broadapplication prospect in scientific research, national defense construction, production safety,and environmental protection. As the core technology of the elasto-optical modulator,Thephoto-elastic modulation has high modulation frequency and its modulated optical pathdifference is nonlinear.In order to the real time collecting and storaging and processing themodulated interferogram.it’s necessary to research the interference signal data processingsystem.Based on the technology of data processing,that can satisfy the interference signalexisting in our team, such as the collection box of NI,FPGA+PCIe+Matlab processing,thepaper makes research to high speed data processing technology of PEM-FTS and designeshigh-speed data processing system of FPGA+DSP+LCD to further improving the overallsystem flexibility and integratly. The data processing part adopts multiprocessor architecture,external registers initialization and data restoring,format transformation by FPGA and itsinternal soft core processor finish collaboratively,and complex algorithms such as spectrumrestoration finished in DSP.Then, based on the system expected performance index, completed the important chipselection and the sampling module, clock distribution module, memory module, LCD displaymodule, DSP peripheral circuit and FPGA peripheral circuit schematic diagram. According tothe rules of the high-speed PCB design, completed the board-grade design of the totalsystem.In FPGA, constructed MicroBlaze soft processor,designed the peripherals IP core of each module,and through the ChipScope and Matlab for each module debugging and analyze.Finally, at632.8nm laser for incident light source seting up the bounced light modulatedFourier transform spectrometer test platform,and testing the collection and storage anddisplay of the high speed data processing system, Results show that the high-speed dataprocessing system work is stable, and meeting the requirements of the overall system underthe driving voltage of950V.
