The communication technology is developing rapidly today. Especially, the emergence of the fourth generation mobile communication system has brought the high-speed and high-quality service to people. With the growth of mobile users’ number, the problem of energy consumption becomes more and more obvious. Although the researches of mobile communications technology are going on rapidly, the existing researches are based on the improved performance, and few researches are based on the energy perspective. In recent years, the voice of green communications sounded increasingly, some domestic carriers have begun to energy reduction target, attention and appeal to green communications.In wireless mobile communications, the advent of LTE-A brings many new technologies, including the relay technology and spectrum aggregation technology which has played a huge role in addressing energy issues.This paper’s first research is about cooperative relay technology in green energy area. This article proposed a energy optimal power allocation algorithm in the power distribution between source node and relay node. In order to solve the problem of the most value under nonlinear constraint issue, this algorithm illustrated an innovative classification method using coordinate graphs, it solved the problem neatly. For the choice problem of relays, this paper proposed a distributed relay selection strategy for the relay nodes to select the most energy-efficient relay node in the base of the optimal energy saving power allocation algorithmThe second research is about the spectrum management after combining the cooperative relay and spectrum aggregation technology. Paper studied this technology’s the perspective of energy in four transmission modes. They are single relay with single band mode, single relay with complex band mode, multi-relay with single band mode and multi-relay with complex band mode. Especially for the two kinds of multi-relay mode, two dynamic spectrum management strategies for energy-efficient were proposed. Both dynamic spectrum management strategies use the chart method for modeling, and they use backtracking algorithm and greedy algorithm to solve two issues respectively. These two dynamic spectrum management policies have very efficient energy efficiency.
