The subject comes from a lake state navigation system, in order to collect, record themulti-channel analog and digital signals of the aircraft during its flight and reclaim、analysisthe flight data at the end of the flight, the researchers designed a collector and memory. It iscomposed by four parts: signal processing card、acquisition and control card、power supplycard and memory, the data’s total sampling rate is921.6ksps, using10-bit analog to digitalconverter chip, its sampling accuracy is1.5‰, and the maximum data storage capacity is4GByte.This paper investigates and surveys the data acquisition memory’s research status anddevelopment trend in domestic and foreign countries, according to the specifications ofacquisition memory and take full consideration to the device’s actual application needs, weensure the feasibility of the design, give a detailed introduction to the scheme, study andelaborate the hardware circuit design and the hardware logic design’s emphases anddifficulties. The part of temperature signal conditioning circuit mainly improvesthe anti-interference and precision of the circuit; The key technology involved in dataacquisition memory is that the capacitance load isolation design between signal conditioningcircuit and the analog switch circuit and the methods and measures to reduce crosstalk amongthe channels. Logic design mainly aims at the182analog sampling design,422digitalquantity’s receive and feedback, and improving the control command transmission reliabilityby using the combinational command. These technologies are analyzed in theory anddesigned in practice. Due to this data acquisition memory is designed for alake state navigation system, we mainly study and describe the water tightnessand reliability of the structure.Finally, we test the data acquisition memory’s performance, analysis and calculate thetest data, verify that the data acquisition memory is full compliance with the design, and the device is high-precision, high-capacity, high integration, low power consumption, highreliability and operation simple.
