The automatic detection for drug interaction is a kind of information retrieval technology to quickly find drug adverse reaction among variety drugs, which provides strong technical support for users’medication safety. The core tasks of drug interaction automatic detection are to extract component terms from massive drug data, mini drug conflict rules, and construct drug conflict knowledge lib. This paper combines Chinese word segmentation technology, term extraction technology and methods of building knowledge base, establish drug interaction automatic detection model. The main research content is as follows:First, the component term extraction algorithm is proposed. According to the characteristics of the drug corpora, construct the user dictionary, part of speech lib and waste word lib, and using the Chinese word segmentation technology for pretreatment of corpora, finally put forward the component term extraction algorithm-forward maximum match method. After pretreatment, the algorithm segment drug corpus for extracting drug component terms.Second, the construction algorithm of conflict knowledge lib is presented. According to component terms, establish component library, mini drug conflict rules, and extract drug conflict types, finally design the construction algorithm of conflict knowledge lib. This algorithm implements conflict knowledge lib contains each conflict record.Third, the drug interaction automatic detection algorithm is proposed. According to the relationship among drugs in component library and conflict knowledge lib, the drug interaction automatic detection algorithm is put forward. Combined with the users’input information, the algorithm can quickly find out whether there is a conflict among drugs.Experimental results show that the detection research of drug interaction based on component term extraction has high rationality and effectiveness, and for drug interaction detection has a certain practicality. This paper innovatively makes component term extraction technology apply in drug interaction detection, which can rapidly and accurately detect drug interactions, especially the conflict among drugs. The research in this paper can provide a fast and convenient way for medical personnel and patients with drug conflict detection, relieve their cognitive burden, help patients avoid the risk of reactions among drugs in some extend, and also provides a theoretical basis for the development of intelligent medical field.
