Save the unnecessary time, about in drugs in an ocean of aimless looking for, convenient for people to use drugs. This paper mainly contains the following parts:improved terms extraction algorithm, an improved similarity model drug and drug automatic construction of recommendation system. The main research content is as follows:First study the composition of term extraction algorithm, analyze, summarize and combining drugs instruction to them, the composition of the term extraction algorithm is presented.Second the analysis and research on the current text similarity calculation method, combined with the composition of term extraction, in according to the characteristics of medicine terminology, build a drug similar calculation model. Third the analysis and design based on similarity and conflict relationship mining drugs recommendation system.Operating through the experiment and the results obtained show that this drug recommendation system based on similarity and conflict relationship mining, in our current experimental environment, consistent with our expectations of the query results, the practical value of the system is good.
