Precision agriculture is the latest trend of the contemporary agriculture development. It aims to achieve equal even higher revenues at the least cost, while improving the ecological environment and using the agriculture resources scientifically and efficiently, then it will achieve the dual benefits of the economic and the environment. China, as a large agriculture country, has frequent natural disasters, it’s natural conditions for agriculture production is very complicated, so precision agriculture is particularly important for China’s agriculture production. The acquisition of farmland soil information is the foundation of precision agriculture, how to collect the farmland soil information accurately and intelligently is an important goal of precision agriculture development.In order to accelerate the development of farmland soil information acquisition, this paper combined with a variety of technology, designed an intelligent acquisition system of farmland soil information. This system can collect the farmland soil information accurately and intelligently, send the information through the wireless network, receive and analyze the information, save the information to the database; also users can look up the information in Google Maps and so on. In order to satisfy the demand of simple operation, the system acquisition terminal equipped a good man-machine interface. The main content of this paper are as follows:(1) Based on the analysis of current situation of farmland soil information acquisition at home and abroad, this paper proposed a scheme which can collect the farmland soil information intelligently.(2) Designed an intelligent acquisition terminal of farmland soil information. It includes hardware design and software design:1) Hardware design:The design includes peripheral circuit of stm32, power circuit, external SRAM circuit, sensor circuits, GPS module, wireless communication module and touch-screen interface circuit.2) Software design:Analyzed the embedded real-time operating system μC/OS-Ⅱ kernel, and ported it into the STM32; Detailed the process of the graphical user interface development software μC/GUI porting into the STM32; Wrote the module drivers; The task design of μC/OS-Ⅱ. (3) Designed an information management platform of farmland soil. Firstly, through Lab VIEW received and analyzed the farmland soil information. Secondly used LABSQL to save the farmland soil information into MySQL database. Thirdly, in order to create, retrieve, update and delete farmland soil information through the Internet, this paper used Ruby on Rails which is an open source web application framework to develop the Web application. Finally, embedded farmland soil information into the Google Maps.(4) System overall performance test. Tested both intelligent acquisition terminal and information management platform to make sure the system can operate stability.
