Suspend automation vehicle conveying system is an important logistictransportation system. Because of its space-saving,flexible,safe and reliable,intelligentcontrol system,it has widely been used in automobile manufacturing,engineeringmachinery and other industries. In the mode of assembly-line production, theperformance of control system for suspend automation vehicle conveying is directlyrelated to the production efficiency. Therefore, the study and research of control systemfor suspend automation vehicle conveying has important application value.First, this thesis introduces the formation and development of suspend automationvehicle conveying system, highlights the importance of control system. Then the thesisdescribes the composition, characteristics and advantages of the system, studiesassociated control manners of control system. After that, the thesis introduces severalcommon buffers. In order to solve the scheduling problem of mixed flow assemblymodel nowadays, take the linear buffer and circular buffer with strong ability to sort asan example, two algorithmsincluding heuristic algorithm and genetic algorithm havebeen designed. Based on these, a system including control manners of control systemdesign, function module and writing control program is designed for a typical model ofsuspend automation vehicleconveying system.In the end of this thesis, the reliability and superiority of the control system areverified by its application in the particular engineering, then the automation ofproduction management and production efficiency are also effectively improved.
