Research on the relationship between gene has been biological hot topic, and with the discovery of the mechanism of gene expression dynamics, more and more people began to focus research on dynamic relationship between genes. With DNA sequencing technology to innovation, DNA sequence data explosive growth. With the initiation of ENCODE, people have a new understanding of DNA sequence, the scientific constantly found DNA sequences associated with gene regulatory from functional elements in non-coding regions. DNA sequences from the dynamic relationship between genes mining method is also increasing people’s attention.Based on the original DNA alignment algorithms and graphical representation, combined with fractal characteristics prevalent in biological systems, starting from the DNA sequence of fractal grammar rules, the proposed method and the dynamic relationship between the DNA sequences of genes represented graphically research methods, the main contents are as follows:(1)DNA sequences based on conventional two-dimensional image representation, a new three-dimensional image representation, not only overcomes the original two-dimensional image representation of overlapping defects, but also shows by way of example in the DNA sequence of visual images and DNA sequence function potential link;(2) with the existence of living systems through the fractal and self-organization phenomena simulation of fractal characteristics of DNA sequence and DNA sequence with a simple iterative rules were demonstrated;(3)combining with DNA sequences fractal characteristics, this paper proposed the corresponding DNA sequence fractal compression method and the DNA sequence of images of fractal compression methods, which calculate a characteristic sequence-related genes and sequences, and the dynamic relationship between genes were studied.
