The Design And Implementation Of Automated Testing System Of ITIS

With the growing popularity of Mac OS, Trend Micro has developed a personal security software named iTIS for Mac OS. Because iTIS shortens release cycle constantly, and its functions and interfaces changes frequently, the maintenance costs of its automated testing framework based on sharing script technology is greatly increased. To solve this problem, this paper propose a keyword driven and refactors automated test system. The proposed system manages GUI controls based on object-oriented method. With the help of keyword view, testers are able to maintain GUI controls more conveniently, and create test scripts much faster, so as to meet the test requirements of iTIS.Although there are quite mature testing tools for application software and browsers on, but automation test of application software on Mac OS is still under research. Based on iTIS for Mac OS, and using the keyword driven method, this paper designs and implements automated test system whose name is TMKD. It mainly focus on the following works:1.Introduce the technology of software testing and its development status.2.Discuss and analyze the mainstream test technology of automation.3.Analyze test requirements of iTIS, and describe the detail design of TMKD test system based on the technology of keyword driven.4.Describe details the specific implementation of TMKD systems, including the test framework, execution architecture and the development of SCTM interface. And optimize the performance and function of TMKD system.TMKD system is an attempt of keyword-driven on Mac OS.which makes the writing of automation test script much simpler and quicker, and mean while reduces the maintenance cost of the testing system. The proposed system has strong portability, and has significance of reference to automated test on the other personal application of Mac OS.
