Microwave photonic technology combines the advantages of both microwave technology and photonics technology, is a new subject which developed in recent decades. This technology uses optoelectronic devices instead of traditional electronic devices, to overcome the electronic bottleneck problem of traditional electronic devices, and have the advantages of wide band, low lose, anti-electromagnetic interference, Small volume, low cost. Microwave photonic signal processing technology is an important application field of microwave photonics technology, which modulate the microwave signal on the laser pulses, and the modulated signal were processed in the light field. Optical fiber delay line plays an important role in the signals delay processing. Optical fiber delay lines have the advantages of wide band, low lose, anti-electromagnetic interference, Small volume, low cost and so on. Optically controlled phased array antenna and microwave photonic filter mainly use optical fiber delay line to realize the delay function.Optically controlled phased array antenna and microwave photonic filter both use optical fiber delay line to realize the function of different delay times in Multi-channels, so as to realize the function of delay phase shift network and tunable filter. But if the temperature changed, the delay time also changed, and the systems will be affected at the delay changes. When the signals have different wavelengths, the amount of delay changes changed or not, this question will be solved from experiments. From doing experiment, the amount of delay variation with temperature changed will be figure out, and when the wavelength changes, the amount of delay variation with temperature changed also be figured out during the experiment. The methods of experiment and the devices calibration also be introduced. In the final, studied the multi-channel synchronization technology, using the optical fiber delay line to realize the different time delay functions, and the precision also meet the requirement.
