Research And Development Of Mechanical Components Design Tools Management System Based On SiPESC Platform

Aimed at the development of mechanical design, mechanical analysis, the engineering application and other common tools based on SiPESC platform, this paper designs and implements a tool management system. The system has good openness and scalability, not only being able to effectively categorize and manage existing tools, but also providing an interface for new tool’s adding. Meanwhile, the system supports the script functions provided by SiPESC platform. Users can use the tools either through a graphical interface or just use a piece of C++/JavaScript code. Therefore, it provides convenience for the programing development of advanced users.This paper presents the design philosophy, software framework and implementation, and shows how to add and use tools through concrete project examples.That fully reveals the convenient and practical features of the tools management system.
