With the development of the internet, E-commerce has become widely used with the features of low cost and convenience, which is exactly widely applied in electronic mall shopping system. However, after an unprecedented development, electronic mall now is faced with a problem of "information overload", which means that the vast amounts of data make users can’t find satisfactory goods timely while shopping online. One of the keys to solving the problem is to adopt personalized service, which is the personalized recommendation system in the E-commerce site. It can not only improve the sales volume and the efficiency of sales, but also the customer’s loyalty to the site. Apparently, it has become a research hotspot recently.This paper designs and implements Shandong Manyou E-Mail based on personalized service. It firstly introduces the research background and status of E-commerce, and then introduces the relevant theoretical knowledge of personalized recommendation technologies and the development technology of the system. Finally, this paper designs and implements an electronic shopping mall system based on personalized service. The system uses a collaborative filtering method to achieve personalized recommendation. It provides users with one-to-one service according to their varied needs to help them find the product in time, thus, it can complete the process of buying goods quickly. This paper achieve the electronic mall in strict accordance with the software development processes, doing the system requirements analysis, system design, system implement and system testing and so on in turns. Among them, the paper designs of electronic shopping mall system including the foreground shopping and background management. The foreground shopping includes member center, product display, product search, shopping cart and product recommendation modules and so on. The background management includes member management, product management, order management, and recommended management modules and so on. Especially in the product recommendation module especially, the system will automatically obtain users’information as input to the recommend system, such as registration information, rating information, purchase history situation and so on. Recommendation system adopts a combination recommendation algorithm of collaborative filtering based respectively on items and on users to provide users personalized service. In the development of this system, it uses Visual Studio2010integrated environment, SQL Server2008DataBase, and C#language, then it is developed in the latest.NET Framework4.0platform and combining ASP.NET database access technology, and is object-oriented programmed. The entire system is running well, being supposed not only to implement the general functions of electronic shopping mall system, but also to achieve personalized service by recommend systems, and it can improve the experience of users and the mall’s sales.
