With the rapid development of information technology, there is a phenomenon:although amount of the application is increasing, but no corresponding increase in the degree of information sharing, the reason for this phenomenon is that these applications did not provide interfaces for sharing information. Because these applications are developed at different times and use different techniques, therefore it cannot directly exchange information between these applications. To solve this problem, the industry put forward a service-oriented architecture-SOA. SOA architecture is a mean to solve this problem, it can integrate the heterogeneous systems. In addition, according to our research, existing applications deployment platform has been unable to meet the needs of the system under peak access, Therefore, only the integration of SOA and cloud computing can solve the problems facing the current applications.Aim at the current problems facing the Campus Services, design and implement the integrated service platform based on cloud platform, on the basis of previous studies, improve some features of the integrated service platform:(1) Design and implement the entire architecture of integrated service platform based on cloud platform. This architecture is effective to solve the problem of integration of heterogeneous systems. The cloud platform is based on the open-source framework Cloud Foundry, it can be effectively host deployment of integrated services platform and host deployment of other applications which belong teachers and students. Integrated service platform is implemented based on SOA architecture, its main role is to connect the service providers and service requesters and release the service provider’s interface. In this paper, enterprise service bus (ESB) is used to implement SOA architecture, Web Service is used to expose interfaces of the application, and REST architecture is used to realize Web Service. In addition to improve the performance of the route of the integrated service platform, static routing is abandoned but instead of using dynamic routing. The purpose of using dynamic routing is to improve flexibility in routing lookup. The overall structures of the integrated service platform based on cloud platform from top to bottom are:the application layer, business logic layer, ESB layer, data layer and cloud platform layer, wherein the first four levels are integrated service platform. (2) Simulate three subsystems:the student information management system, library management system and course selection system. The three subsystems are used to test the validity of the whole architecture, including the availability of infrastructure, supporting for smart phones and the scalability. The test results proved that the whole structure designed in this paper can meet the needs of heterogeneous system integration and scalability of the application system.
