Design And Implementation Of Library Audio-and-Video Material Management System

Shenyang Conservatory of Music was established in1958, and in1948established the Northeast Luxun Academy of Arts and letters have been created in the library. After more than half a century development, the museum has a large collection of documents and video materials. With the development of information technology, for these documents, audio and video data management and retrieval is also proposed new requirements, so the college according to the library features need to develop the library information management system of its own, the focus is to retrieve the corresponding music and video materialsIn this paper, the design and Realization of the library audio and video management system, library management system specific with characteristics of Shenyang Conservatory of Music, the. The final system needed to be deployed to the Internet, the user needs to be accessed and manipulated by Internet distance, so the system selected the B/S architecture. The development of language choice ASP.NET, the database is Oracle11g, the final program server running on Linux’Platform, and the client is running on Windows platform.This paper is followed the project analysis, design, coding, deployment steps and run the complete software development process step by step. First, this paper explained the project’s background and all of the major conservatories of music for the audio and video material management system research present situation. In the end of the first part of this paper expounds the main work and practice meaning. Then the thesis illustrates the corresponding technologies which were used in the audio and video material management and in the audio retrieval. The next part is the project requirement analysis, in which a lot of object-oriented requirement analysis technology was involved. In front of the related theory and demand analysis, under the guidance of the whole project to the general design and detailed design, preparing for the next step coding; Finally, in the detailed design, under the guidance of the in Visual studio.net2012for Visual C++the development environment, with ASP.NET4.0and C#.Net developed the library audio and video material management system, which were consist of audio coding module, video compression module, audio retrieval module and the video transport module. We integrated these modules with the library management system on the school’s servers.
