With advances in technology, manufacturing industries have been expanding;increasingly competitive, competitive decision space of business survival. Livingspace is decided by Competition, workshop is the parts of production for theManufacturing companies, the manager of workshop is more important formanufacturing companies. But resources of machine are limited, only take advantageof machines in effective, can raise efficiency of production. Production dispatching isthe first and important way for manager of workshop, is target of this paper.Carrier of manufacture is machines, reasonable dispatch can make more effectiveof using machine, with the mature technology of Agent, and it’s a direction to takeAgent to dispatch for workshop. This paper use Agent and technology of web, putthem into the system of workshop, make network for workshop, the data is shared forall the partner in workshop, and with the characteristic of intelligent for Agent,thispaper pose a Parallel Automatically Trigger System in Craft Process based on AgentStructure. The targets of this system are dispatch for task adjustment in dynamic ofproduction, and realize the tactics of deal with the urgent task. This paper throughanalyze of Agent, and with demands of this system, design function of thisSystem,and proposes three type of Agent,manager Agent、blackboard agent andmachine agent, and giving out them structure and function. On the basic of the way ofcommunication of Agent, design the way of alternately for Agent.Then with thecharacteristic of jade platform for Agent and spring MVC platform for web, combinethe two Technology into server with the way that put JADE into server.Last throughthe demand of, adaptation for the dynamic task, build the model of dispatch forbeforehand, and giving the process of solving due to genetic algorithm, in order tosolving the dispatch of dynamic for task.In different of classical optimization, classical optimization can get the target ofoptimization for static state, but the dispatch of task in workshop is a dynamic process,obvious classical optimization has limit. This system can make dynamic task to moresimple and flexible task, make them can adapt more complicated dispatch ofworkshop, can realize automatic trigger for circuit and dispatch of dynamic task inworkshop.
