In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic technology and imageprocessing technology,the fingerprint recognition system has been widely used inevery field.Distributed embedded fingerprint identification system is through thenetwork technology make each fingerprint identification unit network,and thenthrough the host of the decentralized identification unit for communication andcontrol,the system of the host and slave is through the embedded applicationtechnology in hardware and software were tailored,in the application can becompletely separated from dependence on the PC,so as to reduce powerconsumption, reduce the volume, increase the flexibility of the system.Firstly,the paper introduce the characteristics of biometric technology and itshistory. Why then made the choice of fingerprint recognition technology. Researchthrough the characteristics of different fingerprint sensor is used in the comparison,Selected the suitable for this system of fingerprint sensor. Through the analysis ofthe research status quo of fingerprint identification system, according to thecharacteristic of distributed embedded system and the application characteristics ofits flexibility and practicability, Proposed in this paper, based on research byS3C6410+LINUX3.0fingerprint recognition system. This fingerprint identificationsystem uses a network to bring scalability, application the thinking of distributedembedded systems, to implement a host control to manage multiple fingerprintidentification system unit from the machine, through the mature network technologyto realize control host and fingerprint identification from machine communication,then you can for each needs through fingerprint authentication security point forunified management. Also taking into account the application of fingerprinthijacking, on the basis of the system without adding additional hardware withsoftware to realize the function of software anti hijacking, so as to improve the safetyperformance of the system, reduces the power consumption.Secondly, according to the fingerprint recognition system on this paper, theoverall scheme of the system are described. Then from components selection and hardware circuit design and software programming, each function module in thesystem was introduced in detail. Then distributed one-to-many managementtechnology in application of this system are introduced. The main purpose of usingdistributed one-to-many management technology is to realize the convenience ofcustomers for each fingerprint verification point for unified management,when afingerprint verification unit is abnormal, the administrator can obtain accuratefingerprint authentication unit number, to learn the condition of the security situationpoints. Through the characteristics of distributed also increased the flexibility of thefingerprint identification system. Then this article also introduce the ideas andimplementation of software anti hijacking. Anti hijacking function mainly is torealize the user application under the condition of forced one can verify throughfingerprint verification, fingerprint authentication unit normal verification through,at the same time to alert the host information.
