Rehabilitative robot is developed a new motor nerve rehabilitation technology in recentyears. Its research through mechanics, rehabilitation medicine, robotics, computer science andother fields, As an important branch of the medical robot, which has become one ofthe hotspots in the field of International Robot. At present, the lower limb rehabilitationrobot is moving towards the requirements of people-oriented development, emphasis on theman-machine interaction, safety, reliability and comfort. This project designs a new type oflower limb rehabilitation robot with an elliptical track. The main research contents are asfollows:First of all, through the research of domestic and international rehabilitation robot, andthen borrow their techniques and use them to the study of this subject.Then, study and formulate the project overall plan. Through the research of rehabilitationmedical theory, to support the lower limbs rehabilitative robot. Research on human anatomy,the parameters of the human body and the gait trajectory, determine the robot work space.Research on multi factors comprehensive rehabilitation robot, determine the overallplan, operation principles of robot, to complete the overall structure design.According to the actual demand, select the drive motor and magnetic powder brake.Carry on the overall layout and structure through the application of CAD software. Establishthe model of mechanical parts, assembly and optimization of the structure through theApplication of UG three-dimensional software. According to the rehabilitation functionrealization, formulate the overall control scheme formulation of the lower limbs rehabilitativerobot.Finally, the kinematics model is established of man-machine system, Kinematics analysisand inverse kinematics analysis. Study the kinematics simulation through the applicationof simulation Adams software. At the same time, for the next phase of work to carryout research, provide necessary basis.
