Frozen shoulder, also known as tissue inflammation, which is a chronic inflammation of the shoulder muscles, tendons, bursa and joint capsule and other soft tissue. Because the shoulder of its patients’activities is limited, so they can not self-training for a long time. Thus it bring to the rehabilitation of patients with some inconvenience. So the design for a frozen shoulder rehabilitation devices for the rehabilitation of patients with a viable and effective implementation strategies become more important.As a result, the development of frozen shoulder rehabilitation device has broad application prospects.Firstly, this article analyze human shoulder motion characteristics and develop a frozen shoulder rehabilitation instrument default according to frozen shoulder training mode.Meanwhile, the writer design the mechanical structure of the various parts of its size and motor function. On this basis, the author establish the three-dimensional graphics model building and the whole assembly using the drawing software PRO/E4.0. Then the author import the simple model into the MD ADAMS dynamic analysis software, and make analysis and measurement of motion parameters.Secondly, based on the rehabilitation instrument function of the mechanical structure, the writer make the plans and designs for the control system and driven control theory. And, simulate the traditional PID control which is commonly used in industrial and the neural network PID intelligent control theories under the MATLAB simulation environment. After,the advantages and disadvantages of the performances of both two control ways are compared, and select the neural network PID control strategy.Finally, after plan the structure of the control system, design the hardware circuit, and select the AT89C52microcontroller as a control of the main chip for the control objectiveso On this basis, make the expansion of the external circuit, and set the display and adjustment module. After that, draw the hardware circuit diagram in Prote199se. Meanwhile, according to the selected single neuron adaptive PID control algorithm, design the control system software part, and complete rehabilitation based research and development.
