Abstract/Summary:
The cardiopathy is one of the most dangerous diseases which threaten the human health, heart disease mortality in China accounted for a variety of diseases mortality10%-20%.Therefore, it is very significant to develop heart disease early diagnosis and treatment. Heart pumping makes the force on the closely contact body support change, which can be recorded as ballistocardiogram(BCG). BCG signal contains working condition of cardiovascular system and could be easy acquired without any sensors attaching to body. Insusceptibility measurement approach based on BCG signal could gain heart working status in the condition that the subject can’t feel measuring status, so it is suitable for long-time heart monitoring without psychological burden. BCG contains a great deal of physiological information on the cardiovascular system. It can effectively support the doctors to diagnose and analyze the variety of cardiovascular disease, and its real achieve will improve the whole level of human health.This paper designed a real-time heart rate detection system based on BCG signal, which is composed of BCG signal detection module, measurement and display module of real-time heart rate. BCG signal detection module also includes the signal acquisition module and signal processing modules. Real-time heart rate detection and display module uses DE2development board of Altera as the haraware platform.It is proposed to realize the real-time display heart rate by implementing filter algorithm and the detection algorithm.In the process of collecting BCG signal from the noise, one of the most obvious is50Hz frequency interference.To the signal characteristics of50Hz frequency interference, this paper is derived for the system filter algorithm by using Matlab7.0window function method zero and extreme value point, test method and interpolation method According to the principle of FIR filters, it degined FIR filters based on FPGA combined with the proposed filtering algorithm. Modelsim simulation results is showed that the design of the filter to50frequency interference had a good effect to the filter.In the measurement and display module of real-time heart rate based on BCG signal, this paper presents a new method of adaptive threshold detection J wave group, combining with big extreme value and refractory period principle. This paper present a new methed of real-time heart rate dection based on the BCG, combining with SignalTapII to monitoring the changes of BCG. It showed that the system is feasible for the heart rate dection, comparing with the ECG and the heart rate measurement. It could dectect the heart rate accurately by the BCG signal.
