DSP and FPGA architecture featured as flexible structure, versatility and modular design, and short development cycle is easy to upgrade and maintain, which is suitable for real-timesignal processing. In real-time signal processing systems, data processing with signalalgorithms in lower-level is volume, and high-speed processing requirements but simplearithmetic structure for FPGA hardware implementation. high-level processing algorithmfeatures with a relatively small amount of data processing, but the structure of the algorithmcontrol is complex which suitable for high speed operation, DSP chip that addressing modesflexible to achieve. If we combine the two, then you can take the advantages of both intoaccount in order to achieve the development of embedded hardware better. In this paper, by analyzing the structure and characteristics of DSP and FPGA chip, carried out a board system with DSP and FPGA as the core, the other peripheral chipsframework as circuit for developing and debugging. Described the problems that needattention in the development of power through the description of the method for powerdebugging. Providing the basis for similar chip designing in future through description of theprocess of debugging ADC and DAC. Providing a reference for our future designs throughthe study of the principle and implementation of clock divider chip AD9522. Providing ahardware foundation for PC software development through communication between circuitboard and PC realized by the development and debugging for Ethernet port W5300chip.
